I have a free account and I have not used to for a while. I can not find my folders?

Hi @MRM2; welcome to the Community and sorry to hear about your missing folders. 

 

You mentioned that you haven't used your account for a while now so could it be that it was closed due to inactivity?

 

Can you see any file or folder when you log into your account on our website?

 

Do you see any sign of them in your events page

 

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.
