I have been recording Zoom videos with my daughter a duplicated to Dropbox. These videos are all I have and I cannot find them. It says my account is empty. I upgraded in December and have been uploading on a regular basis. I went in to upload again and they are all gone. This is all I have of my daughter. Can someone please help. 😞

@Jay the deleted folder has nothing. When I go to the Events page a help desk pop appears that blocks me from seeing anything on the screen. Now the help desk pop up is the issue.
