I'm unable to remove old notification

Someone sent me a folder with photos 8 years ago and I can't get the message away. Under Notifications, you'll see that in 2014 someone sent me a folder of photos. Can't get rid of both the notification and the photos from this person.

Which platform do you use on your end? 

Also, what happens if you click on the notification? Does it mark it as "read"?

Zowel mobiel als laptop. Op laptop blijft bij Meldingen onder Recent 1 melding van 2014 staan. Op mijn mobiel alle meldingen.

Ik kan nergens zien als ik op melding druk of het gelezen is of niet. Zie rechts in beeld 2 grijze vinkjes
