Yo if anyone has a way to contact a human I need help, I just recently paid for my subscription renew and something super strange happened where my account is like reset to a new trial account, I originally have 2TB of storage and now everything's messed up with my subscription and files as if I never existed. I cannot contact support because its a stupid bot that needs a email verification to work but that wont send to my email ether. I think I may have 2 accounts created under the same email causing conflict. feeling very lost no pun intended

It's not possible to have two accounts under a single email address, but it does sound like you have two accounts. I'd check to make sure you're using the same email address that you originally used, and that it doesn't have a typo or anything like that in it, since that would also prevent you from receiving the verification emails.

Hi @bakulost, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

As @Rich suggested, it sounds like you've signed into a different Dropbox account entirely.

If you paid for the upgrade on the Dropbox site, you can locate the other account using the card lookup tool

Keep me updated with any progress!
