Indexing Problem

I am experiencing an indexing problem. Dropbox is stuck indexing 8 files (I have no idea which they are). It appears to be affecting the overall functioning of Windows 10 file management. Eg the computer takes a long time to create a new directory, it just hangs for 10 seconds or so.  I also can't cut and paste files say from Camera Uploads to other non Dropbox locations on my hard drive. The computer just hangs and sometimes blues out entirely on the screen. After about 30 seconds Windows recovers.

I uninstalled Dropbox and that that seemed to sort everything out. I tried reinstalling Dropbox and above problems are back. If I can't resolve this I going to have to abandon Dropbox completely and use another cloud service.

Can you please send me a screenshot of the exact status of the app as shown within your system tray? Is it stuck at this specific number of files for a while now I assume?

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.
