It seems I can't use the free space I have left in my Dropbox

I have space left and Drop Box won’t allow me to use it as I haven’t upgraded cause I don’t need to yet. I also accidentally deleted the most precious video I’ll never get back of my parents and they won’t respond to me after contacting them several times

Hey @Joyceah 59, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.

Would you mind clarifying why you can't use the free space you have on your Dropbox account?

Are you seeing some kind of error message, when trying to upload files perhaps?

Also, about the video you mentioned, do you remember when it was deleted? If it's been up to 30 days, you can find and restore it here.
