I am installling on a new IPad. It didn’t work so I chose ‘reset’ and lost ALL my passwords across everything. Any idea if I can recover them? It’s a disaster - so easy to inadvertently do without any warning
Hey @Mike M.154, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
If you happen to have access to a previously connected device or web browser, can you please let me know if you've tried accessing your Dropbox Passwords information through a web browser instead of the app for the iPad?
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there, Mike.

Thanks. I have avoided logging on on my laptop in case I disrupted things further. When I try to it asks for verification from my iPad so that it can sync everything - but that would propagate the problem (maybe) - so I haven't done that. Should I?
Could you clarify if you have the recovery words saved somewhere in order to login from your computer without needing the verification from the iPad @Mike M.154?
Also, do you happen to have installed the Passwords app on another device?
