I'd need some additional info, in order to understand what you're seeing on your end.
Do you access your Dropbox account, using the mobile app on your new phone? Have you made sure that you're accessing the correct account?
If you visit your account using the web, do you see any files there?

ive tried every email it could possibly be but no luck. I've tried the mobile app and desktop
Hi @Milliemoos, when was the last time you accessed your Dropbox account online?
Is it possible that whoever stole your phone removed your content? Have you checked your events page on any of the accounts?

no theress. nothing to sat theyve deleted my photos
Hi @Milliemoos, do you remember when you access Dropbox last?
Do you have any other connected devices that you can use to access your account? Also, if I were you, I'd check my email for any Dropbox communications, just to see if the account was closed due to inactivity.
