Hello Dropbox Community,
I want set back our map 'Podcast' to our Dropbox, but can't find it anymore by the deleted items. I think because I changed the name of the map where it was standing.
The map was standing under Go and Tell (2023) > 4| MarCom. And I think then under Content or Social media > Podcast. We deleted the map 24 January.
Hope to here from you, it is very imported for us....

If you can restore it via https://help.dropbox.com/delete-restore/recover-deleted-files-folders 🙂
As long as it was deleted within the last 30 days

Thank you for your respons, but we can't see the files and map. None of all the deleted maps. We think it is because we changed the name of the map where it was put in. It's very urgent to find the files back. Can you help us to find?

We really are in urgent need for a solution. Dropbox has promised us that we can always find our deleted items back, but it isn't. Hope to hear soon from you to help us back our urgent documents....
Hey @Jannita, was this a shared folder or a subfolder of a shared folder?
And do you see any events related to that folder in your events page?

Thanks again for your message. We've tried to find the map 'Podcast' with a lot of audio files. In the meantime we tried to work without it, but it doesn't work. Is there anything you can do for us? Hope we can find a solution!
