After checking all properties of Dropbox Plans, I want to know the meanings of 180 days "File recovery & version history" and the meanings of 180-day history "Dropbox Rewind" and how to use the "Priority email support".
Would you mind to inform me when you will offer the email support to me if I joined your Dropbox Plan? Please inform me anymore. Thank you for your assistance!

The Support page only shows the support options available to you based on your current plan. Since you don't yet have a paid plan, the support options for a paid plan aren't visible to you on that page. They will be once you're on a paid plan.
