Meanings of File recovery & version history and Dropbox Rewind and Priority email support

Dear Sirs,

After checking all properties of Dropbox Plans, I want to know the meanings of 180 days "File recovery & version history" and the meanings of 180-day history "Dropbox Rewind" and how to use the "Priority email support".

Would you mind to inform me when you will offer the email support to me if I joined your Dropbox Plan? Please inform me anymore. Thank you for your assistance!

Hi @Wilson Choy, thanks for posting today!

With Dropbox Basic and Plus, you have 30 days to recover previous versions of files from the Dropbox site.

With Dropbox Professional and Business plans, you can recover files up to 180 days ago. Email support will be an option when you visit the support page when you're on one of the paid plans.

The Support page only shows the support options available to you based on your current plan. Since you don't yet have a paid plan, the support options for a paid plan aren't visible to you on that page. They will be once you're on a paid plan.
