Multiples folders deleted while synchronizing (all 2020 files)

Hello everyone

 

I'm using Dropbox on 2 computers, for sharing folders and files.

I've noticed that all informations related to year 2020 were deleted from Dropbox folder, i guess few weeks ago, and i'm not able to recover them, by selecting deleted files, or even with Dropbox rewind.

Any ideas ??

Hi, @clemcno, Welcome to the Dropbox Community! 

If you're unable to recover the files that were deleted, is there a chance that this happened more than 30 days ago? 

If I were you, I'd take a look at the events page. It should give you an overview of all the activity in your account, including file events (adds/edits/deletes), as well as adding or removing shared folders. 

Let me know what you find!
