I need help from all of you as my data has been compromised by a virus and thus it cannot be opened. Importantly, the data contained in the dropbox has not been deleted, but has been altered to prevent activation. The data that was attacked by the virus was uploaded to the dropbox instead of the real data. So I would like some advice on what to do if I want to recover all data 4-5 days ago before the virus attacked all. Now all we can do is restore the data one by one making it very slow. So I would like to ask for advice on how to restore all data 4-5 days ago. I have a picture of my data that was attacked by a virus and can't be activated because the virus changed my data. which this virus is called: BYYA VIRUS (.byya FILE) RANSOMWARE . Now that I have completely eliminated this virus from my computer, all that remains is my data has been corrupted.
I tested Restore and it didn't work, my data can't be opened anymore. All you can do now is go to the command activity > version history and then press to take out the old data one by one which is very slow. Now I don't dare to delete data that has been attacked by viruses for fear that it will not be recovered. So I want to know if I delete all files that have been attacked by virus and go to restore, take the same data 4-5 days before being attacked by virus, will there be a chance to get the old data back?
@sack You would need to see if those files do not have the virus on them first. You would also have had to have cleaned the machine of said virus first

I have successfully dealt with virus issues on my computer.
Now I want my files that weren't attacked by viruses back.
Hi @sack, in order to look into this matter in more detail, would it be possible to reach out to the email associated with your forum profile?
