My data was cleared off my cell phone and my Dropbox files are gone

I received my cell phone.  Verizon did a wipe out to clear all my data off my old cell phone.  Now all of my drop box data is gone.  Many years of pictures.  How do I get those years of folders and pictures back?

Drop Box you need to have a voice customer service!

Hey @WadeCharlesAyer0412, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.

Deleting data from your phone, wouldn't really delete your files from your Dropbox account.

Is it possible that now you've signed in to a different Dropbox account than the one you had on your phone before?

Do you see any deleted files in your deleted files page?
