I don't know if I'm in the right category for my concern. I had to reinstall windows 11. When I did, all my email folders with Thunderbird from Firefox saved to my hard drive were deleted. I would like to get back all those folders of past business dealings for tax purposes, and others things as well. I purchased by subscription with Dropbox before this happened, but I can't see to find any of my records that have hopefully been saved. Hopefully, this was an automatic save, and not something that needed permission.
Can you explain to me how I can follow up on this concern?
