OMG! I try to work on my files on Dec 10, 2021 and realized they are all non-accessable. I am so terrified, as I have all my important and clients data in Dropbox. My Dropbox is linked with my PC, and my PC got infected by ransomware. I am using Dropbox Plus. Is there way I can restore my files. How should I do to make sure all my restore files are not going to be infected.
PLEASE HELP!
I want to thank the amazing work from Dropbox Team for their quick reply and responds. This is money well spend by paying Dropbox for my cloud storage. I got all my files from an older version. I can finally sleep thru the night.
