Delete, edit, and organize
Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
i switched from an android to an iphone, couldnt log in till i verified my google account on my iphone and the whole thing reset and deleted all my old files. how has anyone not fixed this bug yet?? thats HUGE.
Hi @laurendiane, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you check the events page or deleted files page to see if there is any history of deletions on your account?
Are you certain you've signed into the same account which was signed in on the Android device? Do you see if listed on this page?
This will help me to assist further.

Almost all my files have been wiped with NO ADVANCED WARNING from Dropbox. What is happening?
And you cannot contact anyone. Disgraceful!

What is www.dropbox.com/events showing?
Dropbox does not delete files from accounts unless its told to do so, so, something else has occurred here.
