Help!! I logged on to my dropbox account today and all my files are gone. Every single picture and also i pay for subscription «dropbox plus» every month and have done for years, but it says in my profile that i have the «basic» subscription although i have payed for «dropbox plus» and have the receipt for it. Where did my files from so many years go? How do i restore my account and my files and get access to my subscription that i have payed for?

It sounds like you have more than one account. You can use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're being charged for. Once you've identified the account, sign into it and see if that's the account with your files.
