I have previous account with some files on it. But it automatically deleted few months ago because I haven't sign in yet. Is it possible to reactivate the account?

No, I'm afraid that won't be possible. If it had JUST been deleted there might have been a chance, but even more than a month ago is too long. The account and all file within it would already be deleted.

Once an account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
