Recovering old removed files

I removed files several months ago and now need to recover them. The external hard drive I saved them on has become corrupt. Is there any way to recover them? Thanks bk

Hi @ILBA_bk 

 

Unfortunately unless you were, at the time of the deletion, a paid user it is not possible to recover files beyond 30 days - even if you were to pay for an updgrade now.
