Hi, the owner of two folders , a collegue of mine, disconnected herself from the folders about a month ago.

We didn't know that and we continued to work on the folders she deleted because it was possible.

One week ago, after a month from the delection, the 2 folders disappeared and we lost hundred of files...

WE tried with the support to restore the folders but they didn't find a solution by now.

I see the two folders in my "shared folder" link but i cannot restore them.

Can you help me to restore the folders? Please...

Does your colleague still have access to their account? If so ask that they transfer ownership of the folders to someone on the current team:

Hi Lukeyo, Unfortunatley my collegue doesn't have acces to the folders, she doesn't see them. I see them as "canceled" but I can't restore them

The folder remained without a owner for more than 30 days, but we didn.t know that.

The previous owner didn't transfer the ownership to another collegue and now, after 30 days, doesn't see anymore the folders
