Retrieving an accidentally deleted .url file

Hi, 

Is it possible in any way to retrieve the text from a deleted .url.paper-based file?

and this is the 'Events' link to when it was deleted:

Unfortunately, you won't be able to recover the file because it was deleted more than 30 days ago.
