Some files are missing on my account

Hello dear.

there is too many folders and files missed from my dropbox. i checked in deleted file and folder section. there is empty in this folder. I store my personal files. but i lost them. those files are very important for me, help me

If the deleted files section is empty, then it could mean a few possibilities. When was the last time you saw these missing files, or accessed your account?

Does the events page show anything which could explain this?
