Please could someone advise me on how to restore deleted content from DropBox?
Yesterday another team member deleted the files on the business account which I had uploaded. They are still visible in the recents section, but not the deleted section. When I click on the file and request to restore it, it comes up with a message 'The undo operation isn't allowed'. Please could you advise on how I can get the files back on the drop box account, as currently I keep getting the same message appearing!
Note: I have gone through the deleted files, they are not there. The files are only present in 'recent' and I have already requested to restore but not working. The files were only deleted 2 days ago, and we have a business account.

Just gone to that section, and when I click on the 'show deleted files', the files come up. It only gives me two options which are, restore or delete permanently. When I click restore, it loads for a second and then comes up with the message 'cant restore ... here because it was moved'. However I haven't moved it anywhere, and when I go into the deleted files, it comes up with the unable to restore message.
Is there another way to restore these files from your end please?
