Good morning!

 

As of this morning, almost all of our files are missing from our shared files on Dropbox business. Is anyone experiencing this or has experienced this prior?

Hi Walter,

Nothing in the events or deleted. No, unable to access on the online version. One of the sub files of our big shared file is accessible but only has files from after 4 pm yesterday, not the tons that are always there. Strangely I can access some of my starred files from the online version but cannot search them or see the file pathway.

I have already tried logging in and out, redownloaded both the mobile app and the desktop version if that is helpful.

Hi @kendra49, were these files in a Team folder, by any chance? Or in a shared folder?

 

What about your deleted files page? Is there anything there? 

 

Have you tried contacting our Support team directly, since they'd have more advanced tools, and could help you locate these files and identify what has happened?
