Unable to move a file into an existing folder in my account

Unable to move a file into an existing folder in my account

Explorer | Level 3

I need to move a file into an existing folder in dropbox. Can't do it with the computer app. Support on dropbox says click on Admin console, and follow directions. I do no have Admin Console on the left or right side of my dropbox.com screen.

Nor on the App on my computer.

I have dropbox plus and think I am entitled to live chat, but do not have that option.

NO phone access,  No live chat, nothing...

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Hi @tukinn

Admin Console is only available for people on a Business account.

What exactly are you trying to do? If its move a folder you can do it via www.dropbox.com/home and selecting the folder and clicking Move
