Unable to restore deleted files?

I have seven files that I deleted in error yesterday. They've all been edited in the past month. I go through the process to restore, it says one file has been restored and the folder that has the seven files temporarily disappears from the 'deleted items' folder. But then it's not in the original folder it was deleted from? I go back to deleted files and there they are again?

I'm sorry to hear about this matter. Just to be certain this isn't related to your browser, could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? 

Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely. 

If the issue persists, please let me know.
