What is the easiest way to share subfiles?

What is the easiest way to share subfiles?

I set up a Dropbox folder to share team photos.  I have created subfiles for each event to keep things organized.  Since I do not have a "team" folder (utilizing the free version), what is the best way to share it all (main and subfiles within)?  Do I have to send my list of parents an email with a link to each separate subfolder?  Ugh!  Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi @Taradactyl, thanks for posting on the Community!

Do your parents have their own Dropbox account, which will allow you to create a shared folder for them to add it to their account?

Or, will you be creating a shared link to the parent folder, which can be accessed from the site directly.

This will help me to assist further!

Thanks, Jay. I am trying to find a way, which does not require the team parents to create new accounts in order to share, like Flickr, snapfish, etc. So, a shared folder won’t work. I have created shared links to all the event date subfolders, but the parents will have to refer to the links in my email, any time they want to upload, I think.

Shared links are a one-way view-only link. You can create a file request link for them to upload files to your account directly.

No Dropbox account is required for either link, so they can upload and view files via the site.
