Hey @letsgo2dr, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you send us a screenshot of your account's plan tab (omitting any personal information) and another one showing your account's homepage?

This will help us assist further.

Hi. I have. this same issue. Only using dropbox online.
On my plan account, it says I've used the full 2 GB storage and am out of space.

However, in files, folders, links, shared I ONLY have two folders of respectively 1 GB and 600 MB.
How is this possible? These are the ONLY two folders I have, both shared.

I have less than 2GB of files, yet I'm getting the "out of storage error"

I use DB with my workplace, they've shared 2 folders with me: One is 600 MB, the other 1 GB. However, it appears in my "plan" tab that I've used the full 2 GB of storage, and I'm getting the out of storage error. How is this possible?
I am using dropbox online only and don't have any other files than the two shared folders shown.

Hi @Tamarahhansen

From the graph you sent the shared folder is larger than 2gb. Note that it will stop adding things to your account once it goes over quota, so, what you see online is probably less than is in it.
