deleted files and my account still says 'full'

deleted files and my account still says 'full'

I have deleted most of my files and dropbox does not update, shows as full. Still demanding that I purchase subscription.

Have the files deleted from www.dropbox.com/home ? That is where the quota is based upon. If you did via desktop did you give it time to sync the changes?
