deleting desktop folder

Hi

Stupid question probably, but I have a dropbox folder on my desktop that is taking up all my hard drive storage space. If I move it to the recycle bin will the files still be accessible online? I don't want to delete everything by mistake and it says it's too large to go in the recycle bin so will be automatically deleted. Thanks

Are you referring to your desktop folder being located in Dropbox, or something else?

Are you trying to delete the whole Dropbox folder itself?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
