error on dragging photos from email to drop box
Hi @Olwon, thanks for posting on the Community!
Could you clarify if you’re using an email program, or a web browser, to access your emails? Are you dragging the files into the Dropbox folder, desktop app, or the Dropbox site?
Have you tried downloading the images to your computer first, and then uploading it to the Dropbox site, or copying them into the Dropbox folder?
