Delete, edit, and organize
Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
Hi there! I have a simple account and was moving some files around using the latest version of the android app. I selected 68 files and moved them to a folder, but the app stopped in the middle of it and when I got it back all files had disappeared - they were no longer in their original folder and the target folder was still empty. I checked excluded files in the web version, but there was nothing there either. Could someone please help me out?
Hi @msg35, thanks for posting today!
If you were moving files from one folder to another, while within the Dropbox folder, then there should be a history of the move.
Are you able to see anything in the events page? What about the deleted files page?
This will help me to assist further!
