Delete, edit, and organize
Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
I lost an important number of files . Nowhere to finf, or to recover. Till by accident I noticed that on my mac there resides a dorpbox (old) folder. However, I tried to login in dropbox again but now way to access that folder. To be honest, I did not remember with what email adres I logged in, I had "no username" and a password stored in keychain( I work on a mac).
So here I am, not knowing how to proceed...
Without knowing the email you wont be able to log in, but, are the files not showing up on the computer if there is a Dropbox folder there?

I see the maps and the images (gereric icons that is) that are in the maps, but they are zero bytes. My gues is that is because these are online only ?
