files not deleting

files not deleting

my dropbox is full,so trying to delete files from computer and dropbox,when i do so they reappear in dropbox again,even though they are not still on my computer,can anyone help please?

Are the files located in random folders, or in specific locations? Would these be in shared folders or private folders?

 

Are they currently in use by another app or service?
