Delete, edit, and organize
Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
Hi,
I have uploaded some files 2 weeks ago and it showed me that all were uploaded successful (green hook). But when I opened the Dropbox now, it shows me that some files cannot bei uploaded (red cross).
It also tells me that Dropbox is full, but when I uploaded all the files 2 weeks ago, all were uploaded successfully and I did not change anything since then (I even deleted some files).
I now deleted two photos that were uploaded successfully some minutes ago (green hook) and uploaded them again, and now it shows me a red cross for these files.
What is the problem? It is really annoying...
Hi @Igel, welcome to the Dropbox Community!
The red circle with the x means that something is wrong, and Dropbox isn’t syncing your files. This can happen if your Dropbox account is out of available space, which sounds to be the case with what you describe.
You can have a look at this article on more info on what to do if you've reached your account's storage limit.
In the meantime, if you have any other questions, just give me a shout. Cheers!
