how to rename and delete a folder on the web

Simple questions.  I can't figure it out.  I'm on the cloud interface.  This is my only interface.  I have nothing linked.

1) I want to rename a folder
2) I want to delete a folder

All has now become clear.  I think the problem is, when I'm instructed to hover over the name of the file, I was expecting that to be in the left hand panel - I didn't realise it was in the large right panel people were referring to.  Screen shots would be helpful for dropbox to make for novice users in explaining these basics.
