Hi everyone

I face great problem here that really make me very angry and disappointed too

this error massage appear to me with any dropbox link

 

((( mp4 files are supported but something went wrong. )))
I use my mobile / my computer / my laptop to open dropbox link vedios ...but all give me the same massage
 
please help me ?

Hi @thelegand; welcome to our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with previewing files through shared links via a web browser. 

 

Assuming that those .mp4 files are within limits (smaller than 50 GB), can you please clear your browser's cache and let me know if you still get the same error?

 

In case you do, you can try another browser as well.
