Hi I have been getting this error message for 2 hours: "Still offline. You’ll be able to edit once you’re back online." and cannot edit my document it's dimmed out.
However I am online, and I can edit and create other Paper docs.. My co-workers are having a similar experience with their Paper docs. Ideas? Thank you!
Hey @Naomidddd, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you having this issue on the Paper app on your mobile device or the website?
If the issue is on the app, can you try to uninstall and then reinstall it, to see if that helps?
Any additional info you can give me, will be really helpful.

Hi, it was on my laptop: Macbook; Ventura 13.1; Chrome, up-to-date.
The problem resolved after about 5 hours.
