You know what would be really nice?

If this page said that you'd managed to fix a bug thats been around for ages - the blank sign on screen (or at least believe you have).

Come on guys, take some praise for your work rather than just deciding its time for another version change!

We've been dealing with a bug at our site for a while where the sign-on screen with the general release client for Windows comes up blank when connected to the Windows computer via a remote desktop connection. I had reported the issue to support when the general release was 19.X; the beta client at the time did not have the blank sign-on screen over a remote desktop connection.

The general release version has since rev'ed to 28.4.14, yet the blank screen issue persists. The sign-on screen works as expected in the 29.3.19 beta.

Will this fix be incorporated into the next general release client? It appears to have been missed the last release or two...

I think the real developers are in hostages and using the version numbers give us signs and ask us for help ))
Need more support?
