Hi there,
One of my app got disabled last night and the admin account which owned the app also got disabled. Any idea how can I enable the app and the account?

I created the ticket (https://dropbox.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/9420584) but the app and account is still disabled. So, I thought I may get some help in community.
