I just created a new personal Dropbox account using my work email (I am not in a Dropbox Business account). Paper is not available in the sidebar navigation, and when I type paper.dropbox.com into my browser, it redirects me automatically to the Dropbox homepage at dropbox.com/h

I can open Paper documents from my Dropbox (they show up with the .paper extension), and that brings me to the full-fledged Paper editor, but I have no option near the document title to go back to the Paper homepage. Additionally, checkmarks and due dates I make in a Paper document do not show up anywhere else in the UI as they do on the other Dropbox account I have with my personal email.

Any advice? All signs are pointing to an admin disabling Paper access for me, but I've tried both Google sign-in and creating a new account manually, both are definitely Personal account, yet Paper access seems highly restricted. Help!

Thanks for being a loyal Paper user. Apologies for the delayed response.

Could this be your browser not loading all the elements of the page? Have you tried accessing Dropbox from an incognito to see if the issue persists? 

If it does, could you kindly create a ticket with us at: https://www.dropbox.com/support and provide us with your ticket number for us to check what is going on.

Having the same problem with my work/google business account, but I am an admin and am having no luck finding any settings about dropbox in our admin panel.
