Linking a folder of images to a dropbox paper doc

Linking a folder of images to a dropbox paper doc

I am working on a Paper doc to share with a client, I created it using the browser (safari/Mac). I have a link to a folder of images (jpgs) that appear to me as a gallery when viewed via the browser. However the Mac app and iPhone app don't show the images just an odd looking icon. First, why don't the apps look the same as a the browser? Second how can I make sure my client sees the images?

Thanks

Dean

Hi @deancas, happy Monday!

Can you send me a few screenshots of what you see on your end?

That'll help me get a clear visual of what you mentioned!

Thank you a lot.

This is what I see, the browser (safari)

On my iPhone/iPad I see this

If I click the text on iPhone/iPad (via the app) I am taken to dropbox where I can see the images.

Thanks

Dean

Thanks for the screenshots, Dean!

As a rule of thumb, the UFO icon refers to a file without an extension at the end, or an unknown one.

Have you checked if that's the case?

They are all .jpg maybe one or two are .jpeg which unless I'm missing something would be their appropriate extensions.

Thanks

Dean

Hi @deancas,thanks for writing back!

Can you view on the website the files you showed me in the second screenshot?

I'd love to see the extensions of the files previewing there if possible.

Thanks!
