OAuth 2.0 access token unsuccessful manual client

OAuth 2.0 access token unsuccessful manual client

Hello,

I am new to using the API so please bear with me if this is an easy fix. I am trying to do a simple file upload on a button click in Swift. This application is going to be for personal use so I am okay with setting the client with my personal access token.

When I sign in via the browser method as indicated under the "authorixation" button method, I successfully see the 'authorized' file in my dropbox.

When I try to use my personal token under the myToken button method, nothing is uploaded to my dropbox.

I followed all of the tutorial steps in http://dropbox.github.io/SwiftyDropbox/api-docs/latest/#upload-style-request and have viewed all similar questions in the community but have not had any luck. I have also tried regenerating my access token and had no luck.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Are you getting any output from your .response or .progress blocks?

It's possible that your 'client' object is going out of scope before the API call can complete. Please try storing the client as a property outside of that @IBAction func to fix that if so.
