I am using the SiteBoss app and am trying to backup the files through the Dropbox sync option but when I sign into Dropbox through the app it comes up with the message: This app has reached its user limit. Contact the app developer and ask them to use the Dropbox API App Console to increase their app’s user limit.

can anyone help me

This error indicates an issue with the app's configuration. The developer of the third party app you're trying to link will need to apply for "production" before more users can connect to it. I recommend you contact the developer of the app asking them to do so.
