Hello,

 

I am using Linnworks, an 3rd party app, and I want to upload my pictures on Linnworks using dropbox. All my pictures are already on dropbox and I have prepared the importation file for Linnworks. However the importation process returns an error saying that the Authorization token is missing.

I have contacted Linnworks support team and they told me that the problem is on dropbox side because when they try to communicate with dropbox, dropbox doesn't return an Authorization token (Although it seems it should). So, here I am, looking for help to try to figure out how to fix this missing Authorization token. 

=> Is there anything I can do to generate the Authorization token when the Linnworks app is trying to contact Dropbox?

It sounds like the Linnworks support team is describing a bug with the Dropbox API. We'll be happy to investigate any issue like that, but there isn't enough information here for us to do so. Please ask Linnworks to report the bug to us directly, including the relevant technical details, here: https://www.dropbox.com/developers/contact
