dropbox api and hipaa baa

Is there a way to verify via the Dropbox API if the account of an authenticated user has completed the HIPAA BAA with Dropbox?  I'd like to block functionality in an application that we're building with the Dropbox API, unless the the account has a BAA in place with DRopbox.

No, unfortunately the API doesn't expose a way to check this, but I'll pass this along as a feature request.

I would also like this feature as I use this for api for seamless information to and from customers. Both applications are HIPAA compliant but the API intereferes with the exchange of that information.
