macOS APIv2 Framework size

Explorer | Level 3

With the v1 framework, the size was ~450 kilobytes. When I upgraded to v2, the framework is 7.7 megabytes -- this change alone more than *doubled* the size of my application! Is there any way to build the framework (via Cocoapods) in a skinnier manner?

I don't believe there's a good way to reduce the compiled framework size (e.g., by perhaps eliminating objects your app doesn't happen to need), but I'll pass this along as a feature request.
