It's a shame that such a productivity solution is wasting people's time. You can't even enable others to call up the invoice manually. My feedback on this by email so far has only been referred to this collection of ideas. I give Dropbox 4 months to implement the proposal and otherwise I will cancel our business subscription.
Now even the yearly invoice isn't sent via email anymore, which was still the case last year. Please bring back PDF invoices sent as an email.
We're Business Advanced users and someone still needs to check the website, that's less than suboptimal. I'm not sure who DropBox is catering to but it seems like it's not enterprises anymore.
SORT IT OUT Dropbox and stop wasting our time. You constantly implement new and mildy useless features, rebrand and email me about loads of other **bleep**e, ignoring a basic account feature that would help people run their accounts and business.
Email dropbox invoice/receipt each year with payment notification so that I don't have to search to find it to download. Or make it easier to find by placing in the mobile dropbox app.

This is a basic bookkeeping function that is standard practice. Invoices and receipts are used to balance the books so that companies can manage their finances. Sending them automatically by email is a standard practice that streamlines this basic function.
Does Dropbox itself not require its vendors to provide invoices and receipts via email?
I guess I'll add the same comment. we really need this to be a reality for syncing with expense reports. Every company in the world sends email receipts. It's simple.
