Enable Transfer in the mobile app for Business accounts

Enable Transfer in the mobile app for Business accounts

Helpful | Level 7

I recently tried to send a transfer from the iOS app and I couldn't find the option. I was initially very confused because I have a Business Advanced account, so surely it has every feature the lesser accounts have, right? Wrong. Only Dropbox Professional accounts have access to Dropbox transfer in the mobile app. Note: Business Advanced costs more than Professional. Business accounts simply don't have a way to use transfer from the mobile interface at all, which is crazy. The account type comparisons on the Dropbox website don't mention this very important difference; they simply have a checkmark next to Transfer to show it is included and enabled, which is misleading to say the least. Only after emailing support and receiving a "too bad" response did I learn that my account, which is the highest tier available, does not have access to this feature. It clearly needs to be offered to every tier that has access to transfer.
