Individual Owner of a folder/file should survive migration to Team Folder

When a folder or file is moved from a Team Member Folder (where that Team Member is the Owner) into a Team Folder (where it is owned by Team Admins), it would be helpful to have the option to maintain the original Owner rather than have that folder/file become owned by Team Admins. This would ensure that the original Owner continues to receive notification of all Comments to a file, as occurs when the file remains in the Team Member Folder.

As Dropbox Business is currently configured, Comments to a file in a Team Folder generate notifications to a user who Subscribes to the file, or to any user who is @mentioned by someone leaving a Comment, but not to the (original) Owner.
